To use: Take off the lid to remove or create holes in the plastic cap underneath. Reattach the lid and tip over a few times to saturate the rattan wood. Tip over as often as needed to achieve the scent level you prefer! Do not oversaturate as it can cause leaks.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damaged packages: Any item that is purchased will be carefully packaged with bubble wrap. However, sometimes the journey to you may not be as smooth as intended. If your package is damaged please contact us via email with a picture of the damaged package so we may report to USPS. In the interm we will work with you to get a replacement as soon as possible.
